The first rule of Fight Club is that you don’t talk about Fight Club. But the first rule of Comedy Club might very well be that you always talk about Comedy Club. So here it is. I’ve just finished a great week in Las Vegas at the newly relocated Big Al’s Comedy Club and this means it is time to tell you when you can catch me next in the Entertainment Capital of the World.

Catch me at Bally’s LA Comedy Club, September 10-15. Shows are at 9:30 PM nightly (except Thursday when the show is at 7:30 PM). There’s even an all-you-can-drink package available, if you’re the type who can drink all they can. Boom.

Actually, Comedy Club is a lot like Fight Club. There are eight rules in Comedy Club, just like in Fight Club:

1. The first rule of Comedy Club is: you do not talk during Comedy Club.
2. The second rule of Comedy Club is: you DO NOT talk during Comedy Club. (Unless the comedian asks you a question.)
3. Third rule of Comedy Club: if you cause a disturbance and the comedian verbally lays the smackdown on you, the fight is over. Don’t complain. (If you need a handy flowchart to determine if you should heckle or not, here it is.)
4. Fourth rule: if you’re there for a bachelorette party, please do not wear your blinky light-up penis tiara during the show. Seriously ladies, don’t be dick heads.
5. Fifth rule: one activity at a time, fellas. Turn off your phones!
6. Sixth rule: No shirts, no shoes, no service.
7. Seventh rule: tip your waitress.
8. And the eighth and final rule: if this is your first time at Comedy Club, you have to sit up front.

Got it? Good. See you at the shows.
